Scratch 'new window' opens two new windows

Bug Description
Have Scratch closed (with no open tabs), right click on the Plank icon and select "New Window". This will open up two new windows as Scratch seems to start where I closed it (witch already was a empty window) and then opens another new window showing the start thingy (No Files Open...)

OP, do I understand correctly that one of these windows contains an empty document that you had previously opened and the other is a new window with no documents open?
