Bug Description

The diagram on this page: http://www.percona.com/doc/percona-xtradb-cluster/5.6/features/multimaster-replication.html is incorrect. Certification happens on ALL nodes, but ONLY the certification on the master node affects commit response time. All other certification is done asynchronously to the client commit (or rollback).

This and slide #54 in:

seem to confirm that certification on slave nodes is done asynchronously.
