[Wifi] Other network creation dialog has buttons in wrong place

Bug Description
When trying to add an 'Other network' from that screen, as soon as we get down to the passphrase entry, the buttons are all of a sudden in a very awkward place - they don't seem to move properly with the rest of the screen - probably a bad anchor or something like that. Screenshot illustrates it clearly.

There is already a simple testcase for this in the system settings test plan:
CONNECT TO OTHER NETWORK (MANUAL)
Select 'Other Network'
Enter the SSID and correct password for the network
Select 'Connect'
Verify that the device connects to the network
