Bug Description
Having all plugins reside in `/trunk/plugins` would make it possible to translate them. Additionally it makes more sense to me, to have the plugins manager reside in `xl`.
This patch does the first step. The second would be to move all plugins from `/plugins` into `/trunk/plugins`, modify them to represent the new module structure and update the plugin fetcher with the new URL.
