Bug Description

maas version: 1.6.1+bzr2550-0ubuntu1~ppa2

What happened:

Maas was working fine, then a dist-upgrade installed erlang. This leads to a rabbit restart, which caused celery and the webapp to freak out and stop working.

I had to restart cluster-celery and apache2 to get things working again. I've attached a full log dump of all current logs in /var/log/maas/*.log, rabbit logs and the current apt history log.

The package upgrade started at 2014-08-26 21:13:18 and finished at 2014-08-26 21:14:02

What I would expect:

Maas to continue to work during an erlang upgrade (even if things hiccup for a second as rabbit restarts)
