Bug Description

Show in `make help` tips how to using extra repositories. Every time when i try to use this command i forgot the syntax and find it by global search keyword in fuel-main project. We can easily add this info in 'make help' and save time.

Custom location:
make iso YUM_REPOS=proprietary MIRROR_CENTOS=http://<your_mirror>/centos

Extra RPM repos:
make iso EXTRA_RPM_REPOS="<repo1_name>,http://<repo1> <repo2_name>,ftp://<repo2>"

Extra DEB repos:
make iso EXTRA_DEB_REPOS="<your_repo1>/ubuntu /|<your_repo2> precise main"
