Add feature to stop Streams from Tray Icon

I'm a frequent listener of shoutcast streams, i also use as much as possible tray icons functionality's to control media players, Exaile is no exception.

However when playing streams it doesn't make sense to pause the Stream, as it is one of the options on the tray icon of Exaile, since when it is re-played the music it gets out of sync from the previous music on stream (since the music is not downloaded at a time, but a small and frequent chunks).

There are two ways of addressing this issue

- Add a stop button to the menu, launched when right clicking the tray icon, to stop the stream and all other media played (one more option)

- If in terms of usability, or standard used in other media players, it is not desired to add another option, an alternative approach to resolve this issue on Exaile can be, to detect if it is playing a stream and the pause button from the menu of the tray icon if clicked, act as a stop button (which makes IMO perfectly sense in this case) to avoid out of sync streams.
