Bug Description

Application packages that we ship with Murano as part of MOS in openstack-ci/centos64/murano-apps project are stored in tar.gz archive. This is wrong, since this package is unique (we don't have other repo where main development is done) and updated very often.

Murano apps will be built like every other normal package starting from 6.0
