Bug Description

In every run it loads libraries:

runIDE.cmd -r Hello.sikuli

If multiple scripts are to be run ,it consumes lot of time.(Which is not the actual script execution time)

Is it possible to preload those libraries, so that time taken is actual script execution time and not library loading time plus script execution time.

Thanks RaiMan for quick reply.

It is not taking 3-5 secs but around a minute on ubuntu 12.04 when run from command line.On Windows it is taking 3-5 secs.
I am using Opencv 2.4.8.Are there any libraries on which this time can be dependent.

Ok, understood. Already heard of that before.

I will check this the next time, but I will use Ubuntu 14.04 64-Bit.

Nevrtheless: the suggested solution should help a bit, since you only have to wait once for this minute ;-)

Raiman, Is it possible that out of multiple libraries which Sikuli uses some is taking more time in loading in Ubuntu(.so) as compared to Windows(.dll)

This is under investigation but with low priority.
I will check that, when I am back on Linux during the next 2 weeks.

If you could decide, to run a test with version 1.1.0-Beta4 (the nightly built now already supports the running of more than one script in a row), and run it with options -d 3 -c, then the debug output might reveal more information, where the time is lost.
