Bug Description
Package "ubuntu-touch" apparently depends on "mir-utils" and "mir-test-tools". It shouldn't depend on the latter at least, which is quite large.

Apparently phablet-screenshot uses mirscreencast from mir-utils; if mir-utils is getting too big we should additionally split that.
