whishlist support for .is_audio_player hal file

Hi

Currently, banshee and other players have support for unrecognized mass storage player by using a .is_audio_player file which tells the player where to look for folders with music. You can read this wiki page to get more information:

This would be a nice addition to the mass storage device plugin which (unfortunately) doesn't work for me with any player (except the ones that implement this feature)

This should also allow Exaile to sync with Droid/Milestone/Other android devices.

This rough patch gets my device (Android phone with .is_audio_player file at root) showing up in the devices list, but an attempt to connect scans, and then there's an error "You did not specify a location to save the db".

I'm done hacking on this for the moment, so maybe someone else wants to take this patch and run with it?
