Bug Description
Said effects are in Master, but you cant select them in effect chains using the `previous/next chain`. They are missing in the effects manager.
Ok, they are eq`s and not effects, but imo they should be available for selection.

This is a question of where we head to with the effect framework.
Once we have a lot more Mixxx effects and LV2 effects and VST effects, it is not practicable to select them with a previous/next chain button.
We may look at the single effect effect chains as a preview to a future feature where it will be possible to prepare a hand full of chains according to the current needs or mixing styles. This includes saving and restoring from HDD.
This was the reason, why we original did not instantiate a single effect effect chain for every effect in Mixxx.
Once we are able to store and restore chains, we may remove all pre-instantiated effect chains.
