Move "Video" & "RAW" to the Library section on the Sidebar

Bug Description

Make the library search/narrowing-down parameters more discoverable by moving "Video" & "RAW" from the search toolbar to the Library section on the sidebar –naturally having them only appear if videos or RAW files have been imported.
