Live migrate fails

Fuel 5.1 (master-84)
Openstack deployment Centos, Multi-node with HA, Neutron with vlan, three nodes for Ceph OSD, ceph for ephemeral, images, block and object.

On Horizon UI Live migrate to any other hypervisor node fails with error:
Error: There was an error submitting the form. Please try again.

Instance is left in a migrating state and must be terminated. If try to shutdown get error:
Error: Unable to shut off instance

Please provide with diagnostic snapshot so Fuel Developers will be able to analyze and restore environment from it.

Alex, thank you for filing a bug. We do really appreciate your efforts to use FUEL in production environments and giving as a feedback. This migration issue is a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/mos/+bug/1361228
Nevertheless I found other artifacts in logs of nova-compute service. This bug will be tracked separately here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1361294. If you think, that these artifacts are somehow related to only to your environments, please comment in https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1361294 and we will close it as 'Invalid'.
