Bug Description

color, display, mouse & touchpad, printers, sound, wacom tablet, bluethooth, network, date & time, universal access and user accounts are not translated at all.

GCC plugs are translated on my system, the translation is shipped by "language-pack-gnome-fr-base". Are such package installed on your system ?

OP can you still confirm? Corentin is saying that maybe you were just missing a lang pack

Installing the langpack solves this issue, so the problem now seems to be that the proper language doesn't come when the user choose a different language than english.

okey, works now. This bug was just caused by https://bugs.launchpad.net/switchboard-plug-locale/+bug/1354876
