"No Upcoming Events" page should detect whether you have any Calenders enabled, and should provide a link to that page.

Bug Description
This left me confused the first time I used the app, in that I did not have any calenders enabled, and thus could not see anything. The "No Upcoming Events" page should detect if you have no calenders enabled, and should query you whether youd like to view your available calendars.
