Sort highest rated playlist by ascending playcount

Bug Description

I think it would be a nice touch if tracks in the "highest rated" playlist were ordered by "least played ascending". My reasoning is that tracks near the top of a playlist are typically played more frequently, (i.e. because one tends to start at the top, without necessarily making it all the way through), and that this would help to even out play coverage.

This ticket was migrated from the old trac: re #109
