Bug Description

When going to "System Settings", "Security & Privacy", "Lock Security" and selecting "Change passcode...."

"Existing passcode", "Choose passcode", and "Confirm passcode" fields contain four "•" symbols each (should be blank?).

Upon selecting the fields and pressing delete in order to remove the symbols, the cursor position changes as expected but the "•" symbols remain visible (instead of appearing as the user enters each number).
