Task ID should be logged when changing task status

Bug Description

Currently messages are logged when a task status changes indicating success or failure of the change. However no task ID is logged making it difficult to track which task is changing. The task ID should be added to these log messages.

    Log task ID when the task status changes

    This patch adds the task ID to the existing log messages which
    occur when the task status changes, whether successful or a
    failure.
