Bug Description
After crashing, the webbrowser and webapps, such as Google+ and GMail restart cropped by the area reserved for the top bar. It looks as if the app thinks it can use the whole screen, spacing it as if the top bar wasn't there, i.e. the top most area of the app remains "hidden" behind the top bar.
The issue is resolved by closing the app and restarting it, but it is very annoying, especially as some webapps and the webbrowser crashes quite often.

It seems that apps that restore themselves in this way have not actually crashed. Switching to these apps under certain circumstances yields a black screen, while the app is supposedly restoring from some idle state. After they are restored, they reappear with the top cropped or truncated by the top bar, which makes further navigation in e.g. the webbrowser difficult.
