Bug Description

When installing from terminal, it install the application but it does not install it's language according to the locale settings. For example, I'm Spanish, and installing Synaptic Package Manager or Libreoffice from command line, installs only the program but not the translation. I have to search and install manually the correspondent laguange pack for each of these programs.

I don't think that this problem is directly related to Elementary OS project.
I mean, all Debian/Ubuntu based distributions will give you the same result.

Anyway, if you want to install Spanish language pack for LIbreOffice in terminal then you may try:

sudo apt-get install libreoffice-l10n-es
