Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdebase
i got a fresh install of kubuntu gutsy and im not able to do changes on the k-menu:
no writing access in: /home/michael/
it was working on a upgraded (feisty->gutsy) box, but not on this fresh installation..
i also did see bug #88426, but theres a comment "working on gutsy"
