I have same problem. I managed to open Network plug by first clicking on User Accounts plug and then I went back and clicked on the Network plug. At least this works for me.

Is there a workaround for this currently? I cannot configure my WiFi settings because the network settings crash :(

the workaround is to open switchboard, then you can right click on the icon in the plank dock and get to network that way.

Hmmm doesn't work for me, it still crashes. Probably related - my network icon has gone away from the bar at the top of the screen.

Seems to also work for me as long as I don't try to open either the bluetooth or the network plug directly. After opening the user accounts plug, they open up fine.

I can confirm last switchboard update finally fix this, and now we have an Airplane Mode switch

I manually installed --rev 62 of dynamic GCC and it seemed to fix the problem. For whatever reason, the packaged version (that inddicated it was rev 62) did not seem to work
