Bug Description

Initial dkms setup triggers a sed error, sed: -e expression #1, char 6: unknown command: `m'. This error does not appear to affect the setup and it completes. See the log below:

This is an urgent bug to be backported to 14.10.

Can't work on VirtualBox at all, without this fixed.

Absolutely urgent priority, I do a significant fraction of my work in Virtualbox, and I can no longer install any version of it on Utopic.

I was able to get my failed Virtualbox-4.3.20 to complete its install by downloading and manually installing dkms from Vivid. Your results may vary.
