Please sync fail2ban (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
Rationale for UVFe:
Closes #123916, absorbs Debian's patches into upstream and adds a few useful
updates (of special interest it iptables-allports).
Changelog since current gutsy version 0.8.0-2:
fail2ban (0.8.1-1) unstable; urgency=low
* New upstream release.

* Added a filter pam_generic to catch any login errors.
* Added iptables-allports.
* Use /var/run to keep socket file (closes: #425746)
