Tested in Evergreen 2.5.3 and 2.6.1.

Not exactly the same happens in th In the 2.10 as showed up above, but some encoding problem occured (see the pictures attached)

The problem with report tabular output encoding seems to be solved in 2.12, see attachment. I will check the chart (but I have to create suitable report template first)

Sorry, from some reason I don´t understand I am not able to create report showing chart (even if I have replicated the "working" report with chart from 2.10.5)

When I tested the encoding of the report output interface in 2.12 (version 0master.53150bb), the problem seemed to be solved. However, now I have tried to test it in 2.12 beta just to check the state of the charts encoding and discovered the encoding mismatch not only in charts outputs but also in html output! I have tested the 0master.53150bb version again (using the same computer with the same setting as for beta version). Html output has been O.K. in 0master.53150bb unlike the 2.12 beta, see the image.

I went through the issue in the newest web staff client (Evergreen 3.0 beta sandbox). According to my findings the problem has been already solved: The entries with extended ASCII characters are correctly displayed both in report output index page and in tabular report output.

We did not notice the problem in our production environment (3.3.2). I recommend closing the bug.
