Bug Description
In version 2416 I attempted to run an activity with a steam locomotive on an AI train. No chugging sounds from the steam locomotive on the AI consist could be heard, though other sounds from the locomotive were present. Examining the AI steam locomotive sound stream with the sound debugger showed that Variable1 for the AI locomotive remained at "0" and never changed. Since the .sms file for this engine has the chug sounds synchronized to the drivers using Variable1, this would explain why no chug sounds were produced. All other variables appeared to be functioning correctly.
