Prevent login as same user on multiple seats by default

It would be nice if LightDM has the capablity (mandatory or optional) to prevent a same user from logging in on multiple seats.

We know it can be done system-wide by setting "maxlogins" to 1 in file /etc/security/limits.conf, but this setting will affect not only graphical logins, but also console and SSH logins. A proper solution for graphical logins only is preferable.

The existing convention is "only one session per user" so it should be mandatory that you can't login on different seats at the same time.

I find this an important issue. Many programs like Chrome and others do not play well when run more than once per $HOME as they use SQLite DB files internally.

Ideally of course logging into another seat with a user who has a session locked somewhere else would just "pull" that session, but I guess that X does not support such a thing.
