Bug Description
It so happens that the contents of the new event page are shown behind the header.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the New Event Page
2. Press on the option selectors like "This Happens" and "Remind me" to expand them.
3. Scroll up
You will notice that the header becomes transparent and the contents are shown below it. This only happens in the desktop during my testing.
