[Gtk] Inserting action group 'CreateFromGroup' into UI manager which already has a group with this name

Pantheon files no longer opens. It started happening after I set a different theme using dconf-editor, i've since switched back to stock theme and rebooted several times. I even tried reinstalling files

Seems to have resolved itself. I opened a new window as admin, closed it, right clicked icon in plank and selected open new tab and it popped up.

This bug was "fixed" when the directory view was rewritten in Vala. The action groups involved no longer exist.
