Dropdown options with 'btn-danger' class have no gray background on cursor hover

So, when I hover mouse over them they are not highlighted.

Judging by the stylesheet it seems almost like this was intentional. Anyone know if it was?

Looking at the history, this was actually from the conversion to scss rather than the update of bootstrap, so I removed the bootstrap tag.

    Now when we hover mouse over them they are highlighted.
    Dropdown "More" in /project/instances/
