Bug Description
The list of authorized applications in an account are displayed in English.
Test case.
- Switch Ubuntu Touch to Spanish.
- Go to System Settings > Online Accounts.
- Add a Facebook account.
- Click on the newly authorized account.
Expected result.
- The name of the applications in the authorization screen must appear in Spanish.
Actual result.
- Appears in English instead.
Also, "Reminders" (I think is that one) appears in blank.

OA uses g_app_info_ get_display_ name() to get the application name, and this should return the localized name. I see, however, that account-polld and sync-daemon don't have their .mo files installed, so it looks like that the translations are missing there.
