[data processing] Templates tables refactoring

    Data processing templates tables refactoring

    Remove 'data_processing.cluster_templates/_nodegroups_list.html'
    and 'data_processing.nodegroup_templates/_processes_list.html'
    templates and make corresponding lists at the Cluster Templates
    and Node Group Templates tables using standard Column class
    attributes.
