Bug Description

Hello All,

1. i observed the error while doing the following procces:
    Portal->Messaging->Log calls->create->save

2. Following is the error and also i attached the screenshot

Integrity Error

The operation cannot be completed, probably due to the following:
- deletion: you may be trying to delete a record while other records still reference it
- creation/update: a mandatory field is not correctly set

[object with reference: Users - res.users]

Anyone, please try to solve the above Bug.. Thanks..;)

Steps to fix the bug:

1.Go to crm_helpdesk.py
2.Uninstall helpdesk module if it already installed
2.Comment line number 202 ('user_id': 26, #lambda s, cr, uid, c: s._get_default_user(cr, uid, c),)
4.Install helpdesk module
5.Then give required access rights which in read me
