Binary package hint: kiwi
This is a new Debian build which is entirely based on the Ubuntu 1.9.16-0ubuntu1 package. The only reason to ask this sync is that in Debian the "Replaces: kiwi" in the python-kiwi binary package has been dropped.
I assign the originator of the Ubuntu package for action; if the change is valid we should sync, if the change is not valid we should stick with the actual Ubuntu package.

The "Replaces: kiwi" was introduced as this package is named "kiwi" in dapper. It should be kept till the next LTS.
