Bug Description
[Impact]
kvm_stat retrieves statistics from the kvm kernel module and it is useful to have; however in the Ubuntu qemu packaging it isn't available.
[Test Case]
sudo apt-get install qemu-utils
sudo /usr/bin/kvm_stat
[Regression Potential]
This adds an extra utility which may require extra testing to ensure it also works properly.

Why was this marked "Won't Fix"? It's easy to fix (kvm_stat is just a python script, which already works on Ubuntu just fine).
