Installer: the confirmation windows are not accessible

Bug Description
All parts of the installer is accessible with Orca, the assistive technology for blind users, and can be navigated with the keyboard keys, except the confirmation windows, including the confirmation for exiting the setup, and the final confirmation to install the system.
When i do use tab and shift tab to focus on the buttons, orca speaks nothing at all. so either the keyboard does not work on these windows, or Orca cannot access the elements.

I can also confirm this, tested in VirtualBox.
