doesn't work with compiz

Bug Description

Binary package hint: xzoom

When I use compiz, xzoom always shows a white field instead of actual screen contents.

xmag, on the other hand, works properly. Comparing the sources of both might provide a clue.

The good news is that xzoom works perfectly with compiz in Hardy Heron.

The bad news is that xmag stopped working ;-).

I'll go open a new bug report.

Actually, I can no longer reproduce the xmag problem, so don't look for any new bug reports just yet.

And this one can be safely closed as fixed in hardy.
