Bug Description

Fuel 5 problem when creating environment made of 1 controller and 3 compute nodes.
No error during deployment (at least none picked by UI), all nodes indicate ready.
Completion bar at top right of UI is 100% .

UI remains in that state.

The cluster is created, the horizon UI is accessible and VMs can be launched. There are some network problems on the virtual NW.

To recreate:
- Setup an environment Ice house + Ubuntu, VLAN segementation, KVM, not HA, Ceilometer is selected, no ceph
- 1 controller with ceilometer
- 3 computes with cinder LVM

Wait for environment to be created.

The diagnostic snapshot is 1.4 Gb in size and can not be attached here. Is there a location where I could dump it?
