Ubuntu/Kubuntu VPN Failure to connect over PPTP on Gusty

I have created a VPN PPTP using network-manager (knetwork-manager does not allow you to configure a VPN, but I will report this bug separately) and it seems to be because it can't find this file: /usr/lib/pppd/2.4.4/nm-pptp-service-pppd-plugin.so.
