Cannot Set Timezone If Navigating from Welcome Screen

Bug Description

Steps:

1. Choose Time & Dater settings... from the time indicator
2. Click on Etc/UTC >
3. Search for "Washington:"
4. Click on Washington DC

Effect:
Nothing Happens

Expected:
The new Timezone is selected

Thank you for your bug report. Does it work with other locations?

The settings code didn't change for a while and is working on desktop/n4 configuration, nobody in desktop has access to a Krillin device to look at the issue, so somebody is going to need to help us debugging there. Since the settings side didn't change, it might be an issue with the configuration on disk or the image...

Thanks for the title update, does it mean it works if you use the settings in session? What do you call "welcome screen"? the lockscreen or the first run wizard?
