The top bar disappeared after a reboot

Bug Description

The top bar disappeared after a reboot. Before the reboot i've tried to install indicator-synapse and i've set the process glipper at startup. I'm a newbie on eOS so i can't explain more.

The bar came back after i desinstalled "indicator-synapse" and log out then log in. (indicator-synapse worked well on luna)
