Bug Description

Good evening, in the versions of "stellarium-0.13.0-win32.exe" and "stellarium-0.13.0.80-win64.exe" does not work the "Import orbital elements in MPC format ..." of Asteroids (http://www.minorplanetcenter.net/iau/Ephemerides/Bright/2014/Soft00Bright.txt) and Comets (http://www.minorplanetcenter.net/iau/Ephemerides/Comets/Soft00Cmt.txt) in the plug-in "Solar System Editor", download start and the progress bar shows 0% and still remains there until you press "Abort download", the other downloads like satellites, pulsars, etc. working regularly.
In the version of "stellarium-0.12.4-win64.exe" worked regularly, sincerely, Giuliano.

It works, but if you import "all" comets, that's too many of them. V0.13.1 will be faster again.
