glance_host is not defined in configuration

Bug Description

There is no "glance_host" configuration in cinder.conf for block storage. By default cinder tries to connect to local IP and therefore fails on multinode setup. Should be explicit glance_host=IP_of_controller_node there.

Where this option should be set?
What should be set in this option?
Why is it not in default configs?
How should we know that this option should be set, and how do we know what this option should be set to?
