Youtube launched with https and cannot play insecure content

Sometimes youtube is launched with an https URI and content cannot be played because it is insecure.
In this case the following message is displayed in webbrowser.log

qml: [JS] (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=XXXXXXXXXXX) [blocked] The page at 'https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=XXXXXXXXXX' was loaded over HTTPS, but displayed insecure content from 'http://SOMEVERYLONGURL: this content should also be loaded over HTTPS.

Test Case 1:
1. Open the youtube scope
2. Search a video
3. Play it

Test Case 2:
1. Go to the 'Video' scope
2. Tap a video in the category 'Youtube Features' to open the detailed view
3. Tap the video to play it

Actual result
The webbrowser launches the video with an https URL and fails to play the video.

It is not fixed if you follow the steps in the test case and do a search, reproduced on build #186.

Apparently I only fixed one of the two places that can generate https URLs.

Version 1.0.8, which fixes this, is awaiting acceptance on the store now.
