Bug Description

mako #185

TEST CASE 1:
1. From the app scope do a bottom edge swipe to open the dash overview
2. Reveal the launcher
3. Tap the Ubuntu icon

Actual result
Nothing happens and the dash overview is still active.

Expected behaviour
User is back to the app scope

TEST CASE 2
1. From the app scope do a bottom edge swipe to open the dash overview
2. Tap on 'All' to show all the categories
3. Scroll down to find 'My Music'
4. Tap on the icon to open 'My Music' scope
5. Reveal the launcher
6. Tap on the Ubuntu icon

Actual result
Nothing happens
Note that if from the app scope, the user goes to the Music/My Music scope without using the dash overview, then the 'Go home' action in the launcher behaves as expected.
