Scatter charts- when there is only one node the bubble appears in the cornors. It should be adjusted to display somewhere in the middle.

Fixed the issue in case of x axis, seems same may possible for y axis need to test and give a fix if required

This fix is causing an issue of duplicates in the axis coordinates, so we are reverting and the fix.
