Cannot compile bzr trunk; invalid code generated by valac

Bug Description

Compiling the bzr trunk (r1574) fails with this error:

pantheon-files-core.vapi:125.33-125.43: error: syntax error, expected `['
  public const (unowned string) TAGS_COLORS[10];

pantheon-files-core.vapi is valac generated code:

/* pantheon-files-core.vapi generated by valac 0.24.0, do not modify. */

Regression testing against my last successful build--r1501--and several revisions in between failed with the same error, so I started checking on valac itself.

This was a bug vala, git version 6797.86b7281; apparently fixed in 6930.ccf1831.

Updating gala resolved the issue.
