There is no Russian default keyboard layout

Bug Description

There is no default Russian layout for normal Russian language in localization plug. Just strange variations presents.

Yes. For me too. For now i'm using Serbian(Russian)

It is possible to add default Russian layout in: Settings -> Keyboard -> Layout -> [+] -> Russian
However i think this is bogus way. Normal layout must be available in 'Region & Languages' perferenses.

There IS normal Russian default keyboard, but to activate it leave checkbox BLANK in "Keyboard input" column. If you enable checkbox, then you will use one of the "Kazakh, Sweden, Poland, etc..." layouts, but if you left it blank you will use normal Russian layout. See screenshot:
