Bug Description

This may be covered from before. I have purged PPAs and hopefully have "fixed" issues with xorg. Attempted to upgrade from muon update manager which did not initialize the update. Switched to terminal. Ran the following:

sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
do-release-upgrade

This is a dist-upgrade issue. Didn't put that in the tag. Sorry.

This may help. Apparently the PPAs were not purged.
